Post-Show Chat Moderation

Post-Show Chat Moderation is a feature designed to manage and control conversations that occur after a live show has ended. This functionality helps maintain a positive and safe environment for users engaging in discussions once the main event has concluded.

To moderate an ended show:

1. Go to Show Tables.

2. Click on the show that needs to be edited.

3. Click on the Edit button.

4. The chat history will be displayed.

Within this view, you can:

• Search chat messages: Use the search field to find messages by username or specific keywords.

• Delete messages: Click on the 'x' icon next to a message to remove it.

• Undo deletions: Click the ‘Undo’ button to restore removed messages before saving.

• Unpin messages: If a message was pinned during the show, you can unpin it in the same way.

• Manage replies: You can delete either the reply only or both the original message and its replies at once.

⚠️ Important: Changes to chat messages are only saved once you click the 'Save' button.
After saving, actions cannot be undone.
