Create a Show
1. Navigate to the Shows Section
Go to the “Shows” area in the left-hand side menu of your dashboard.
2. Click on “Create Show”
Press the Create Show button to open the show setup form.
3. Enter Show Details
Fill in the required information for your show:
Show Title – The title displayed to your audience.
Description (optional) – A brief summary of what the show is about.
Show Date and Time – Set the scheduled start date and time.
Add to Calendar – If enabled, viewers will see a calendar icon on the pre-show cover screen, allowing them to save the event to their calendar.
Cover Screens (optional) – Upload images for the following:
Pre-show screen
Pause screen
End-of-show screen
CTA (Call-to-Action) Button (optional) – Add a clickable button to the end-of-show screen (e.g., “Shop Now”).
4. Enter Product Data
Add products you plan to showcase during the event:
Paste the URL(s) of your product display pages (PDP).
Multiple products can be added by separating URLs with spaces or commas.
The system automatically retrieves:
Thumbnail image
Product name or title
Brand name
You can edit the retrieved information later if needed.
Reorder Products – Use drag & drop to change the order of displayed products.
Non-product Links (optional) – Add URLs to other landing pages (e.g., promotional pages) if you want to include them in your show.
5. Enter Integration Data
Media Library (optional) – Enable this toggle to add the show to a collection of shows displayed in the media library.
Show Tags – Add topic-specific tags to help categorize and filter your shows. (More details are available in the media library description.)
6. Enter Streaming Data
Host (optional) – Select the user who will stream the show (particularly relevant for the Streaming App).
Multistreaming – See the dedicated [Setup Multistreaming] for instructions on broadcasting to multiple platforms simultaneously.
Pre-recorded Live Shows – See the [Setup Pre-recorded Live Shows] for setup steps.
7. Advanced Settings
Optional settings for fine-tuning your show:
Mark as Test Show – Use this for internal testing before going live.
Start Show in Minimized Mode – Launch the show minimized within the interface.
Add Show to FAB – Display the show in the floating action button for quick access.
Enable Chatbot Assistant in VoD – If your company has the AI module activated, you can add a chatbot to assist viewers with product-related questions during Video on Demand (VoD) playback.
Select Profile – Choose a Customization Profile to define the look and feel of the player for this specific show (logo, colors, fonts, labels). If no profile is selected, the default profile will be applied.
