Multistreaming

The Multistreaming Option feature allows show creators to stream their live shows to multiple platforms simultaneously, helping you reach a wider audience by broadcasting your content across channels such as Instagram, Twitch, Facebook, and YouTube.

How to Use the Multistreaming Option

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Create Show Section

   • Navigate to the “Create Show” section in your back-office dashboard.

2. Enable Multistreaming

   • During the show creation process, you will see an option to add multistreaming connections.

   • Enable this option to proceed.

3. Add Multistreaming Connections

   • You can add up to three connections.

   • For each connection, provide:

     • A unique name

     • The Streaming URL

     • The Streaming Key

4. Save and Associate Connections

   • Once you’ve added your connections, save the configurations.

   • These connections will then be associated with the created show.

5. Edit Multistreaming Connections for Upcoming Shows

   • You can edit parameters for upcoming shows if needed.

   • Navigate to the show details and modify connections before the scheduled start.

Limitations

• A maximum of three multistreaming connections can be added per show.

• The system will prevent you from adding more than three connections.

• The show must be created at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start to allow for IVS processing.

  • Example: For a 1:15 PM show, you must create it no later than 1:00 PM.
