Pre-Recorded Live Show
The Pre-recorded Live Shows feature allows you to upload a video file and stream it as a live show.
This gives you the ability to create engaging and interactive shopping experiences for your customers, even when the session isn’t streamed live in real time.
All features available in live shows—such as moderator controls and the ability to highlight products—are also available in this mode.
How to Use Pre-recorded Live Shows
Navigate to the “Create Show” section in your back-office dashboard.
Drag and drop the video file into the designated upload area.
The system will automatically start uploading the file.
Once the video is uploaded and the show time is set, review all details of the show.
Click Confirm to finalize your pre-recorded live show.
Limitations
1. Bitrate Limitation
The video file’s bitrate must not exceed 10 Mbps.

If the bitrate is higher than 10 Mbps, you will see an error message and must re-encode the video before uploading it again.
2. Scheduling Limitation
The show must be scheduled at least 15 minutes before the start time.
This ensures the system has enough time to process and prepare the video for streaming.
