1. Accessing the Streaming App

You can access the MOVEX | Live Shopping Streaming App via the following link:

To start streaming:

1. Log in with your provided credentials (assigned to the host account).

2. A table view will display:

   • Upcoming shows scheduled for your account.

   • Recorded shows you have already streamed.

3. Tap on the desired upcoming show.

4. Once the scheduled start time is reached, the "Start" button will become active.

5. Tap Start to begin streaming directly from your mobile device.

6. To finish, tap End Show – this will immediately end the stream for all viewers.

2. Installing the Streaming App on Your Device

Since the MOVEX app is a PWA (Progressive Web App), it does not need to be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play. Instead, you can quickly install it as an icon on your device's home screen for easy access.

iOS Installation Steps

1. Open the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Navigate to: https://prd-pwa.osp.live/login

3. Tap the Share button (square icon with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen.

4. In the menu, select Add to Home Screen.

5. Optionally, customize the app name and confirm by tapping Add in the top-right corner.

6. The MOVEX Streaming App icon will now appear on your home screen for one-tap access.

Android Installation Steps

1. Open the Google Chrome browser on your Android device.

2. Go to: https://prd-pwa.osp.live/login

3. Tap the Menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner.

4. Select Install app (or "Add to Home Screen" on some devices).

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

6. The app will now be added to your home screen and can be launched like any native app.

Best Practices for Streaming via the App

• Device Orientation: Stream in portrait or landscape mode as defined for your show. Avoid switching orientation mid-stream.

• Internet Connection: Use a strong Wi-Fi or stable 4G/5G connection to ensure consistent stream quality.

• Notifications: Enable Do Not Disturb mode during streaming to avoid interruptions.

• Battery: Ensure your device is fully charged or connected to power before starting a live show.
