How to Login

1. Go to the login page

   • Open the provided link to the MOVEXI Live Shopping platform in your browser.

   • You will see a login form with fields labeled Email and Password.

2. Enter your credentials

   • Email: Type in your registered email address.

     • Tip: The email field is not case-sensitive, meaning you can use lowercase or uppercase letters.

   • Password: Enter your password exactly as you set it during registration.

3. Optional: Check the Remember Me box if you want to stay logged in on this device.

4. Click on "Sign In" to access your account.

I forgot my password

1. On the login page, click on Forgot password?

2. Enter your registered email address and confirm.

3. You will receive an email containing:

   • A security code to verify your identity.

   • A link to create a new password.

4. Set a new password and save it.

5. Return to the login page and log in using your updated password.

⚠️ Note: If you don’t receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

How to Create a New Account

1. On the login page, click on Register at the bottom of the form.

2. Fill in the following fields:

   • First Name – Your given name

   • Last Name – Your family name

   • Company – Name of your organization or business

   • Email Address – A valid work or personal email address

3. By clicking Create Account, you accept the platform's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

💡 Best Practice: Please use a company email address when registering.
