External Broadcasting Software with MOVEX | Live Shopping
MOVEX | Live Shopping offers more than just mobile streaming directly via the MOVEX | Live Shopping app.
For professional live shows, you can integrate external cameras, microphones, and RTMPS-compliant broadcasting software or hardware to achieve a high-quality, fully customized live shopping experience.
1. Selecting Your Show
Open the Show Table List in the MOVEX | Live Shopping dashboard.
Click on the show you wish to stream to open its details.
Locate the RTMPS connection parameters, which include:
RTMPS URL (Server Address)
Stream Key (unique for each show)
⚠ Important: Every show has a unique stream key. You must copy the parameters for each new show you create to ensure secure and dedicated streaming.
2. Connecting External Broadcasting Software
Once you have copied your show parameters, paste them into your preferred RTMPS-compliant software.
MOVEX recommends the following platforms for professional streaming setups:
OBS Studio (Open Broadcaster Software – free and widely used)
vMix (professional live production software)
Wirecast (ideal for multi-camera live streaming)
This setup allows:
Use of multiple camera angles
External microphones for improved sound quality
Custom overlays, graphics, and branding
A more controlled and polished live show production
3. Starting and Ending a Show
Starting: Once your external software is connected and streaming, the live feed will be transmitted directly to your MOVEX show page.
Ending: A live show is only considered ended when a moderator in MOVEX clicks "End Show" in the moderation screen.
If this is not done, viewers will continue to see a pause screen, even if you have stopped the stream in your broadcasting software.
