Edit a Media Library or Playlist

1. Edit a Media Library

Follow these steps to modify an existing media library:

1. Click on the Media Library icon in the left-hand menu.

2. Locate the media library you want to edit and click on it to open its details.

3. The media library view displays all the playlists included in that library.

4. To edit a playlist directly, click on its title or the Edit button next to it.

5. You can now update both media library settings and playlist settings as needed.

2. Edit a Playlist

To make changes to a specific playlist within a media library:

1. Go to the Media Library section from the left-hand menu.

2. Select the media library containing the playlist you wish to edit.

3. In the playlist list, locate the playlist and click its title or the Edit button.

4. You can now update:

   • Playlist Title

   • Show State Selection (Live, Upcoming, Ended, or Clips if enabled)

   • Show Tags (optional filtering tags for better selection)

   • Sorting Order (ascending or descending by date)

3. Manually Sort Videos in a Playlist

• Drag and drop the videos within the playlist to rearrange their order.

• The new order is saved automatically and reflected in the playlist immediately.

4. Save Your Changes

• After making your edits, click Save Playlist to apply the updates.

• Note: Editing a playlist affects only that specific playlist, not the entire media library or other playlists.
