Detailed Analytics
The detailed analytics page contains two tabs:
Show Tab → Displays all viewer and engagement metrics for the selected show(s).
Item Tab → Displays clicks and interactions with products shown during the session.
Show Tab
This tab provides a comprehensive overview of audience engagement and activity during the selected live show(s) or clip(s).
Key Metrics Section
The top section contains cards that display important performance indicators:
Metric | Description |
|---|---|
Total viewers | The overall number of viewers who joined the live show or viewed the recording. |
Total qualified viewers | Viewers who watched for at least 10 seconds, indicating engagement. |
Total non-qualified viewers | Viewers who left before 10 seconds, indicating low engagement. |
Average qualified viewing time | The average number of minutes qualified viewers spent watching the show. |
Engagement | Displays the number of active chat users, messages sent in chat, and live hearts received. |
Duration | The total length of the live broadcast in minutes. |
Live Activity Timeline (mins)
A visual chart showing audience activity throughout the live session.
Data points include:
People joined show
Qualified viewers
Non-qualified viewers
Blocked viewers
Messages sent
Average qualified watch time (seconds per minute)
VoD Timeline (days)
A visual chart showing viewer activity for the recorded session over several days.
Data points include:
Average viewing time of qualified viewers
Non-qualified viewers
Qualified viewers
Total viewers
Exporting Analytics
Export as PDF – Download a PDF version of the analytics view.
Export as CSV – Download a CSV file for further data processing.
Item Tab
This tab provides insights into product interactions during the show or clip.
Item List Table
Column | Description |
|---|---|
Item Name | Name of the product shown during the live or recorded session. |
Clicks | Number of times the product was clicked by viewers (visualized with a bar). |
Additional functions:
Search bar → Quickly locate a specific item.
Pagination → Navigate through multiple product entries.
Export options → Export the item list as PDF or CSV.
