Company Settings

The Company Settings section allows you to manage your company's core information, configure platform features, and control account ownership.


1. Company Profile

Manage all basic details about your company:

  • Company Information: Name, Tax Number, Country, and Contact Email are required fields – make sure these are accurate.

  • Address: Keep your company address complete and up to date.

  • Additional Details: Industry, company size, founded year, and a short description help organize your account internally.

⚠️ Note: This information is used for internal administration and billing. Keep it updated to avoid future issues.


2. Application Settings

Configure how the platform works for your company:

  • Picture-in-Picture: Enable or disable this feature for your video player.

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (Enterprise only): Contact support to activate this additional security layer.

  • AI Bot Feature (Enterprise only): Available upon request for Enterprise plans.

  • Video Player Language: Set the default language for your video player (e.g., English, German).

Tip: Always click Save Changes to apply your settings.


3. Ownership Management

  • Assign Ownership: Transfer account ownership to another team member if needed.

  • Delete Account: Permanently remove your company account and all associated data.
