Analytics Overview

The Analytics section gives you detailed insights into how your content performs on the platform. You can view overall statistics across all shows or clips, or filter the data to focus on specific shows or clips.

This page helps you understand audience engagement, product interactions, and general performance to improve your live shopping experience.

The Analytics Overview is divided into two main areas:

  1. Key Metrics Overview (Top Section) – a summary of performance based on your current selection of shows or clips. (You can show either shows or clips)

  2. Shows or Clips List (Bottom Section) – a detailed table listing all shows or clips with their individual statistics.

Key Metrics Overview

The top section displays high-level statistics (KPIs).
By default, this section summarizes the performance of all shows or clips combined.

Dynamic Updates:

  • You can select one or multiple shows or clips from the list below.

  • When you make a selection, the metrics in the top section automatically update to reflect only the chosen items.

  • This allows you to quickly compare and analyze specific shows or clips without leaving the page.

(Individual metrics will be described in detail in a later section.)

Shows or Clips List

In the lower section, you’ll find a table listing all shows or clips in your account.

Table Features:

  • Columns: Each row represents a show or clip and displays:

    • Name of the show/clip

    • Date and time of streaming or upload

    • Perfomance: Option to jump into details

  • Multi-Select: Select one or multiple rows using the checkboxes on the left to filter the top metrics section.

  • Detailed View: Click on the perfomance icon of a show or clip to open its detailed analytics page for deeper insights.

Tips for Using the Analytics Overview

  • Use the multi-selection checkboxes to focus on specific shows or clips and compare their combined performance.

  • Start with the default overview to see the big picture, then narrow down your selection for more targeted analysis.

  • Click into a show or clip for a detailed breakdown of its audience and interactions.
